My love of movement began at a young age. Starting ballet at five years old, I went on to train in modern, jazz, tap, and contemporary dance, developing a deep connection to the body as both a vehicle for expression and a source of strength, resilience, and creativity. This early foundation continues to shape my approach to movement and mindful practice.
Alongside dance, I have always been passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing. I enjoy strength-based practices such as Body Balance, HIIT, and circuit training, while equally valuing the importance of rest, recovery, and mental wellbeing. Yoga entered my life as a way to bring these elements into balance—uniting strength with softness, effort with ease. I felt an instant affinity with the practice, and it soon became my driving force, inspiring me to fully immerse myself in yoga as both a student and a teacher.
I am trained in Seasonal Yoga, a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that honors the cyclical rhythms of nature and their influence on the body, mind, and nervous system. I work with a six-season model, integrating the Elements and their associated meridian pathways to support balance, vitality, and emotional wellbeing throughout the year. Practices shift with the seasons—from the expansive, heart-centered qualities of the Fire element through early summer and summer, supporting connection, circulation, and emotional expression, to the quieter, deeply nourishing qualities of the Water element in winter, where attention turns inward to restore energy, regulate the nervous system, and build resilience. Each season offers a different focus, allowing strength, mobility, and stillness to be cultivated in harmony.
Through Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and breathwork, I work with the physical body — muscles, joints, and fascia, as well as the energetic body and nervous system. My training in menopause yoga allows me to offer inclusive, supportive practices for those navigating hormonal transition, while my background in anatomy, alignment, and inclusion ensures classes are safe, accessible, and intelligently sequenced.
I am deeply committed to continued learning and currently furthering my studies in Qi Gong, deepening my understanding of longevity, energy cultivation, and nervous system regulation. These influences enrich my teaching, creating practices that are fluid, intelligent, and deeply nourishing.
