Experience the beauty of Yoga in harmony with the seasons. My Seasonal Yoga Classes are designed to align your practice with the natural rhythms of the year, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you. Each session focuses on the paired organs associated with the current season, promoting balance, renewal, and vitality in the body and mind. Through thoughtfully curated sequences, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and in tune with the energy of the season.
Whether you’re looking to invigorate your mornings or unwind in the evenings, these classes cater to all levels and provide a space for restoration, reflection, and growth.
Yang & Yin - We begin with a dynamic Yang sequence, focusing on strength, flexibility, and fluid movement. Transitioning seamlessly into the Yin phase, we surrender into longer-held postures that target the deeper connective tissues and encourage release and relaxation. Embracing stillness, we dive inward, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet. Through gentle stretching and mindful breathwork, we nurture the Yin aspects of ourselves, fostering introspection, surrender, and renewal.
